1. Acceptance

By accessing or playing Pullout ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not play.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to play.
• You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Game may not be legal in all regions.
• By playing, you confirm that online skill-based gaming with cryptocurrency is permitted where you reside.

3. Nature of the Game

Pullout is a skill-based competitive game. Players stake SOL (Solana cryptocurrency) to enter, compete against other players and NPCs, and may extract more or less SOL based on their in-game performance. This is not gambling — outcomes depend on player skill, strategy, and decision-making.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

• You can lose your staked SOL. If you die in-game, your carried SOL is redistributed to the game pool.
• Disconnection during gameplay may result in loss of carried SOL. A 15-second grace period is provided for reconnection.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once SOL is staked, it cannot be refunded except through in-game extraction.
• We are not liable for any financial losses incurred while playing.

5. Fair Play

• Botting, automation, exploits, and multi-accounting are prohibited.
• Anti-cheat systems are in place. Violations may result in immediate disconnection and forfeiture of SOL.
• We reserve the right to ban wallets engaged in abuse.

6. Economy & Tokenomics

• Zero house cut, zero dev cut. There is no fee taken by developers or operators on successful extractions.
• Extractions are 100% payout to your wallet. No extraction fee is taken.
• On death (PvP or mob): 10% buyback & burn, 40% back to the prize pool, 50% drops as lootable floor orbs. There is no direct killer reward.
• Healing costs 4% of your carried SOL, which goes to the prize pool.
• Extraction payouts are subject to daily caps per wallet to maintain economic stability.
• The daily leaderboard is for recognition only — no $PULLOUT prizes are distributed.
• The treasury holds SOL for payouts. In the event of insolvency, payouts may be reduced or delayed.
• 100% of pump.fun creator fees go to the treasury — no dev allocation.

7. $PULLOUT Token

$PULLOUT is a utility token on Solana. Holding $PULLOUT may grant in-game buffs. It is not a security and confers no ownership, equity, or revenue rights. Token value is not guaranteed. Purchasing or holding $PULLOUT involves significant financial risk.

8. No Warranty

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. Server maintenance or updates may occur without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and operators of Pullout shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of cryptocurrency.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
